Job Summary
Owning the post-launch relationship for Avo's health system and practice customers, the full-time Customer Success Director will proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption, engagement, renewals, and expansion while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, conducting structured quarterly business reviews and monitoring adoption metrics
- Oversee renewal timelines, identify upsell opportunities, and develop mutual success plans with customers
- Build and formalize customer success processes, including playbooks and resources for account health and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in customer success or account management within healthcare technology, with experience in clinical workflows and EHR environments
- Proven ability to own renewals and upsells, demonstrating success with measurable results
- Experience in building or formalizing customer success processes from the ground up
- Strong executive presence, capable of engaging with both C-level executives and frontline champions
- Analytical mindset with a comfort in using data to drive insights and decisions
