Job Summary

To drive customer integration projects and achieve revenue objectives, the full-time salaried Customer Success Director will manage key enterprise accounts and oversee the customer success experience from onboarding to expansion in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the customer success relationship throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and adoption
  • Develop account plans and proactively seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities with strategic enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize customer feedback and enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing or client services role with deep product knowledge
  • Proven track record of identifying new opportunities within an existing client base
  • Experience in structured, analytics-driven problem solving across the revenue cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a history of building trust in executive relationships
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
