Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Customer Success Director.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Draft and maintain customer success plans to monitor usage data, risks, and expansion opportunities
  • Assist customers in establishing a solid foundation for their DPA capability
  • Manage the customer onboarding process across all capabilities
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, sales, or customer success
  • Ability to navigate customer organizational and political structures to identify and foster relationships with executives and stakeholders
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting large-scale solutions at Fortune 500 companies
  • Consulting background ideal
  • BS/BA Engineering, Computer Science and/or MBA preferred
