Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is seeking a Customer Success Director.
Position Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain customer success plans to monitor usage data, risks, and expansion opportunities
- Assist customers in establishing a solid foundation for their DPA capability
- Manage the customer onboarding process across all capabilities
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, sales, or customer success
- Ability to navigate customer organizational and political structures to identify and foster relationships with executives and stakeholders
- Experience implementing and/or supporting large-scale solutions at Fortune 500 companies
- Consulting background ideal
- BS/BA Engineering, Computer Science and/or MBA preferred
