Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies for different customer segments and product offerings
- Manage and scale a multi-geo team and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and support
- Ensure customer renewals and expansion goals are met, drive customer advocacy, and gather customer feedback for product improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience in building and leading customer success teams
- Strong technical communication skills and domain expertise in data management and security
- Proven leadership skills, including talent building, data-driven decision making, and strategic negotiation
- 15+ years of experience in related roles such as solution architecture, product management, or customer success
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
