Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in customer success enablement, program management, or learning and development in a SaaS organization
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager is highly preferred
- Strong program management skills with experience in driving multiple projects
- Experience in designing and delivering complex training programs using various adult learning modalities
- Proficient in stakeholder management and executing on revenue enablement tools optimization
