Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of customer success enablement programs

  • Establish project plans and develop a systematic approach for deploying enablement content
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success enablement, program management, or learning and development in a SaaS organization
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager is highly preferred
  • Strong program management skills with experience in driving multiple projects
  • Experience in designing and delivering complex training programs using various adult learning modalities
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and executing on revenue enablement tools optimization
