Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and define the Customer Success enablement strategy based on business needs and leadership input
  • Design, build, and deliver training programs for new processes and product use cases
  • Collaborate with leadership to capture feedback and iterate on enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enablement, leadership, or a relevant role; experience in a CSM role preferred
  • Strong program management skills with a proven track record of leading training initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop structured plans and measurable metrics from broad concepts
  • Data analytics proficiency to interpret and optimize programs based on available data
  • Force Management, Command of the Message Certified is a plus
