Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and define the Customer Success enablement strategy based on business needs and leadership input
- Design, build, and deliver training programs for new processes and product use cases
- Collaborate with leadership to capture feedback and iterate on enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enablement, leadership, or a relevant role; experience in a CSM role preferred
- Strong program management skills with a proven track record of leading training initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to develop structured plans and measurable metrics from broad concepts
- Data analytics proficiency to interpret and optimize programs based on available data
- Force Management, Command of the Message Certified is a plus
