Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Sales Enablement Manager to develop and implement enablement strategies for customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and improve onboarding and ongoing training programs for Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers
  • Create customer-facing resources and collaborate with Product Marketing on training for new features
  • Lead training sessions and identify gaps in performance to enhance team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Enablement (SaaS preferred)
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and post-sale success processes
  • Strong skills in facilitation, content development, and program management
  • Experience with enablement tools and analyzing their impact
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus
