Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize multimodal enablement programs for Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
- Analyze CSM performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to prepare the Customer Success organization for product launches
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, preferably in EdTech
- Deep domain knowledge in Customer Success strategy and enablement
- Experience in executing go-to-market strategies and defining the Customer Journey
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable goals
- Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable decisions
