Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and standardize multimodal enablement programs for Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Analyze CSM performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to prepare the Customer Success organization for product launches


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company, preferably in EdTech
  • Deep domain knowledge in Customer Success strategy and enablement
  • Experience in executing go-to-market strategies and defining the Customer Journey
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects with measurable goals
  • Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable decisions
