Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enablement Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured onboarding and training programs for new Customer Success hires
- Develop and update training materials and ongoing content for various roles within Customer Success
- Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in training team members in the tech industry
- Experience in a customer-facing success role is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
