Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured onboarding and training programs for new Customer Success hires
  • Develop and update training materials and ongoing content for various roles within Customer Success
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in training team members in the tech industry
  • Experience in a customer-facing success role is preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
