Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate onboarding, product, and skill enhancement training programs for Customer Success teams
- Update content management systems and oversee team-specific content management
- Analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and report on progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Customer Success or related role
- Experience in onboarding and supporting ongoing learning and development
- Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with content management and learning management systems is a plus
