Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Enablement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate onboarding, product, and skill enhancement training programs for Customer Success teams
  • Update content management systems and oversee team-specific content management
  • Analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and report on progress
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a Customer Success or related role
  • Experience in onboarding and supporting ongoing learning and development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, GSuite, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems is a plus
