Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to drive adoption, value, and customer outcomes
  • Analyze Customer Scorecard health data to identify technology adoption gaps and develop action plans
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role
  • Ability to simplify content and messaging for different audiences
  • Strong understanding of technology and its business implications
  • Good understanding of Enterprise IT and Internet/Security technologies
  • Consultative nature and self-starter mindset
