Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer - East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation stories connecting tools using APIs
  • Work closely with customers during onboarding and expansion of platform usage
  • Communicate customer needs across the organization to inform product roadmap
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role
  • Proven track record of supporting customers in software onboarding or implementation
  • Experience reading API documentation and using APIs to connect tools
  • A degree in computer science or experience with programming/scripting languages
  • Passionate about supporting customers and automating workflows
