Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation stories connecting tools using APIs
- Work closely with customers during onboarding and expansion of platform usage
- Communicate customer needs across the organization to inform product roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role
- Proven track record of supporting customers in software onboarding or implementation
- Experience reading API documentation and using APIs to connect tools
- A degree in computer science or experience with programming/scripting languages
- Passionate about supporting customers and automating workflows
