Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical and product questions from customers through various communication channels
  • Troubleshoot application and product issues while managing incidents and escalations
  • Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and document process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Strong background in cloud technology and Linux systems
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar roles
  • Working knowledge of Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
  • Experience with database engines like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Certifications such as RHCE, CKA, or CKAD are a plus
