Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical and product questions from customers through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot application and product issues while managing incidents and escalations
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and document process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in cloud technology and Linux systems
- Prior experience in Customer Success or similar roles
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with database engines like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Certifications such as RHCE, CKA, or CKAD are a plus
