Job Summary

- Ensure developers can integrate and work with products seamlessly
- Prioritize customer feedback and ensure it is reflected in product development
- Meet the day-to-day technical needs of customers to support engineering and product teams
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and teach others effectively
- Experience coordinating across product, engineering, operations, growth, and customer support
- Comfortable receiving feedback and managing contentious situations positively
- Capability to build tools that automate repetitive tasks
- Strong technical writing skills for documentation and guides
