Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Native proficiency in English
- Experience in Technical Support, Developer Advocacy, or Engineering roles
- Understanding of containers, deployment pipelines, databases, and cloud services
- Ability to recognize patterns in customer issues and provide insights for resolution
- Experience with application deployment and debugging
