Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful usage and adoption of technologies
  • Take ownership of post-sales technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution
  • Guide customers through the adoption stages of the platform and work with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent educational experience
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a post-sales engineering role or as a network engineer
  • Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals
  • Experience with multiple network vendors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks)
  • One or more relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, VCDX) is highly desired
