Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (Commercial).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers planning changes or enabling new capabilities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)
  • Previous experience in technical support, sales engineering, or technical account management
  • Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
  • Familiarity with managing enterprise deployments of mobile and workstation devices
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
