Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (Commercial).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Act as a subject matter expert for customers planning changes or enabling new capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Previous experience in technical support, sales engineering, or technical account management
- Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
- Familiarity with managing enterprise deployments of mobile and workstation devices
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
