Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (K-12).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
  • Manage and prioritize assigned portfolio of customers for success and satisfaction
  • Act as the customer's go-to subject matter expert for planning changes or enabling new capabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
  • Previous experience in technical support, sales engineering, or technical account management
  • Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks; routing and switching
  • Experience with network security technologies and managing enterprise deployments of devices
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
