Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (K-12).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that customer desired outcomes are achieved through proactive outreach
- Manage and prioritize assigned portfolio of customers for success and satisfaction
- Act as the customer's go-to subject matter expert for planning changes or enabling new capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- Previous experience in technical support, sales engineering, or technical account management
- Experience designing and supporting multilayer IP networks; routing and switching
- Experience with network security technologies and managing enterprise deployments of devices
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
