Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure customer accounts and facilitate onboarding while customizing backup policies
- Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions
- Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports to track customer value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
- Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
- VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
- Preferred industry certifications include AWS Solutions Architect and Microsoft Azure certifications
- Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
