Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure customer accounts and facilitate onboarding while customizing backup policies
  • Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions
  • Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports to track customer value
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
  • Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
  • VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
  • Preferred industry certifications include AWS Solutions Architect and Microsoft Azure certifications
  • Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
