Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical guidance to Customer Success Managers on strategic tasks and product features
  • Assist in resolving escalated support cases by coordinating with internal teams and communicating updates
  • Engage in customer-facing discussions as needed while ensuring Customer Success Managers remain the primary contact
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • BA degree with a STEM focus or equivalent experience
  • Preferred experience in cybersecurity within the identity space
