- Provide expert technical guidance to Customer Success Managers on strategic tasks and product features
- Assist in resolving escalated support cases by coordinating with internal teams and communicating updates
- Engage in customer-facing discussions as needed while ensuring Customer Success Managers remain the primary contact
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of related experience
- BA degree with a STEM focus or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity within the identity space
