Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to provide technical guidance and support to customers using their low-code development platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
  • Collaborate with accounts teams to drive customers' application and agentic strategies
  • Proactively develop engagement strategies, perform technical reviews, and provide knowledge to prevent potential issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in mobile and/or web application development, administration, or architecture
  • Knowledge of web and mobile development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases
  • Familiarity with modern IT ecosystems including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud providers
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as professional services or support
  • OutSystems development and administration experience is preferred
