Customer Success Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (UAE).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate and lead technical design workshops with customers
• Design, configure, and implement the platform while driving product adoption
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring customer success and renewals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Professional Services experience with HSM or Key Management platforms
• Experience in designing and executing proof-of-concepts for customers independently
• Strong technical proficiency in systems administration, container technologies, and scripting languages
• Hands-on experience with at least one HSM or KMS platform
• Must reside in the UAE
