Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer (Associate) to support customer integrations and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers with SDK and API integrations, guiding them through implementation and troubleshooting
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues across web and mobile environments, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product experience and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar client-facing technical role
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across web and mobile systems
  • Comfort reading and understanding code across full-stack codebases
  • Experience working directly with technical customers
  • Ability to identify patterns in support tickets and contribute to process improvements
