Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to drive product usage and ensure effective deployment support
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers to enhance product utilization
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving technical issues and gathering feedback
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep understanding of modern Cyber Security technologies and trends
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DORA & NIST
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or related roles, preferably in SaaS or information security
  • Technical understanding of Active Directory, REST APIs, scripting technology (Python or PowerShell), and Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
