Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will lead technical customer consultation and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain deep technical understanding of the product and integration capabilities to engage with stakeholders
  • Steward customers through the technical onboarding process and provide initial technical support
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline onboarding, documentation, and support workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical experience working on SaaS technology platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Working experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Experience with API-centric development technologies (OAS, GraphQL, REST)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-assisted development platforms
