Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will lead technical customer consultation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain deep technical understanding of the product and integration capabilities to engage with stakeholders
- Steward customers through the technical onboarding process and provide initial technical support
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline onboarding, documentation, and support workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience working on SaaS technology platforms
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Working experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Experience with API-centric development technologies (OAS, GraphQL, REST)
- Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-assisted development platforms
