Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to developers integrating SDKs and services, troubleshooting issues related to audio/video quality and SDK integration
- Engage with local developer communities and organize events focused on real-time communication and AI solutions
- Act as a technical advocate for customers, providing feedback on recurring issues and feature requests
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in Large Language Models and modern AI application development
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, NAT, firewall)
- Experience with at least one platform: iOS, Android, Web, or backend development
- Ability to read logs and debug SDK/API integrations
- Experience in Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Advocacy is a plus
