Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as Tier 3 technical support and the primary escalation point between Customer Support and Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own escalated technical issues and validate bugs across various environments
  • Query databases and test APIs to isolate root causes and confirm system behavior
  • Create high-quality engineering tickets with clear problem statements and supporting evidence
Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical foundation, including SQL, API testing, and scripting in Node.js
  • Experience with Git for version control and testing fixes
  • Ability to investigate complex technical issues and document findings clearly
  • Organized and accountable, managing a steady flow of escalations independently
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and workflows quickly
