Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as Tier 3 technical support and the primary escalation point between Customer Support and Product Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Own escalated technical issues and validate bugs across various environments
- Query databases and test APIs to isolate root causes and confirm system behavior
- Create high-quality engineering tickets with clear problem statements and supporting evidence
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation, including SQL, API testing, and scripting in Node.js
- Experience with Git for version control and testing fixes
- Ability to investigate complex technical issues and document findings clearly
- Organized and accountable, managing a steady flow of escalations independently
- Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and workflows quickly
