Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term customer outcomes across the Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies, and facilitate onboarding
- Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions
- Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
- Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
- VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
- Preferred industry certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect Expert
- Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
