Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support their contract management platform in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret complex payer contracts and configure reimbursement methodologies within the platform
  • Validate reimbursement calculations and troubleshoot technical issues related to data or contract configuration
  • Collaborate with healthcare customers to resolve contract interpretation questions and communicate product feedback for improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, managed care contracting, or payer relations
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL
  • Strong understanding of managed care contracts and healthcare revenue cycle operations
  • Experience analyzing healthcare datasets and validating reimbursement logic
