Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to ensure customers derive maximum value from their products post-purchase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to drive product usage and ensure effective deployment support
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers post-procurement
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gathering feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep understanding of modern Cyber Security technologies and trends
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DORA & NIST
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or technical support, preferably in SaaS or information security
  • Technical understanding of Active Directory, REST APIs, and scripting technologies (Python or PowerShell)
