Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues alongside the engineering team
- Develop and improve internal tools while specializing in specific product areas
- Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise requests and enhance internal documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering
- Understanding of modern web architecture and frontend frameworks like Next.js and React
- Experience with incident management and procedural communication
- Familiarity with metered usage and subscriptions in a complex SaaS product
- Availability for weekend on-call work based on a rota system
