Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues alongside the engineering team
  • Develop and improve internal tools while specializing in specific product areas
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise requests and enhance internal documentation and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering
  • Understanding of modern web architecture and frontend frameworks like Next.js and React
  • Experience with incident management and procedural communication
  • Familiarity with metered usage and subscriptions in a complex SaaS product
  • Availability for weekend on-call work based on a rota system
