Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support and enhance customer interactions while contributing to internal tooling and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day support across email, in-app chat, and Slack Connect
- Debug technical issues with customers and assist with domain setup, migrations, and integrations
- Build internal tooling to streamline support processes and improve customer documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer success or support role
- Proficiency in reading and writing code, particularly in Next.js
- Experience with debugging technical issues and working with APIs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an async remote environment
- Familiarity with email deliverability concepts and DNS setup is a plus
