Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support and enhance customer interactions while contributing to internal tooling and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day support across email, in-app chat, and Slack Connect
  • Debug technical issues with customers and assist with domain setup, migrations, and integrations
  • Build internal tooling to streamline support processes and improve customer documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or support role
  • Proficiency in reading and writing code, particularly in Next.js
  • Experience with debugging technical issues and working with APIs
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an async remote environment
  • Familiarity with email deliverability concepts and DNS setup is a plus
