Job Summary

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in software or SaaS
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of API integrations and web technologies
- Experience with customer relationship management tools
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
