Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term customer outcomes across the data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies, and facilitate onboarding
  • Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions
  • Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
  • Advanced level of English
  • Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
  • VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
  • Experience engaging executive stakeholders with technical and business insights
