Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term customer outcomes across the data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure customer accounts, customize backup policies, and facilitate onboarding
- Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning and strategy sessions
- Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
- Advanced level of English
- Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
- VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
- Experience engaging executive stakeholders with technical and business insights
