Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers using the platform
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles
- Familiarity with API and data integration concepts, and coding languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, etc.)
- Experience deploying applications into secure customer networks
- Proven experience building or supporting security products or non-SaaS applications
- Hands-on experience with AI systems and machine learning models
