Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers using the platform
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles
  • Familiarity with API and data integration concepts, and coding languages (TypeScript, Go, Python, etc.)
  • Experience deploying applications into secure customer networks
  • Proven experience building or supporting security products or non-SaaS applications
  • Hands-on experience with AI systems and machine learning models
