Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer support experience across various channels and drive issues to resolution
- Engage in the practitioner community to answer questions and build relationships with users
- Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with Engineering for root cause analysis and fixes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience resolving complex technical issues across distributed systems
- Familiarity with API concepts and understanding of coding languages (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python)
- Experience with applications deployed in secure customer networks, including cloud and data center infrastructure
- Proven experience supporting security products or non-SaaS applications within enterprise networks
