Job Summary
Customer Success Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting clients by managing technical implementation, onboarding, and growth while developing custom solutions to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Architect and configure the platform to meet client objectives and implementation plans
- Develop custom JavaScript functions and configure analytics tools for real-time performance visibility
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions
- Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, or client-facing roles preferred
- Solid understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development
- Proficiency in JavaScript development, with experience in HTML and CSS
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics solutions and browser developer tools
