Job Summary
Customer Success Engineer is a full-time role focused on post-sales customer advocacy, ensuring customer adoption and value realization through collaboration and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving the Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to promote customer-centric initiatives
- Drive adoption and inspire additional opportunities for value enhancement using Cribl solutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer success or technical support role
- Strong understanding of telemetry and data analysis tools
- Ability to engage with both technical and management functions within an organization
- Experience in driving customer engagement and adoption strategies
- Knowledge of business discussions and ability to demonstrate value to executives
