Job Summary

Customer Success Engineer is a full-time role focused on post-sales customer advocacy, ensuring customer adoption and value realization through collaboration and technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving the Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management to promote customer-centric initiatives
  • Drive adoption and inspire additional opportunities for value enhancement using Cribl solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer success or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of telemetry and data analysis tools
  • Ability to engage with both technical and management functions within an organization
  • Experience in driving customer engagement and adoption strategies
  • Knowledge of business discussions and ability to demonstrate value to executives
