Job Summary
Supporting mid-market customers remotely, the full-time Customer Success Engineer will coordinate platform deployments, guide technical discussions, and proactively resolve support tickets while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in the deployment of the runZero Platform for assigned customers
- Guide technical conversations to align platform features with customer business needs
- Proactively investigate and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely communication with customers
Required qualifications
- Working knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and network protocols (e.g., SSH, SNMP, HTTP)
- Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, such as attack surface management and vulnerability management
- Comfort working with Linux or macOS command line interfaces
- Foundational knowledge in at least one programming language and a strong desire to build upon this skill set
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback effectively
