Job Summary

Supporting mid-market customers remotely, the full-time Customer Success Engineer will coordinate platform deployments, guide technical discussions, and proactively resolve support tickets while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist in the deployment of the runZero Platform for assigned customers
  • Guide technical conversations to align platform features with customer business needs
  • Proactively investigate and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely communication with customers
Required qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and network protocols (e.g., SSH, SNMP, HTTP)
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, such as attack surface management and vulnerability management
  • Comfort working with Linux or macOS command line interfaces
  • Foundational knowledge in at least one programming language and a strong desire to build upon this skill set
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback effectively
