Job Summary

To support a growing automotive technology platform, the full-time Customer Success Engineer will establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, serve as a technical expert during pre-sales cycles, and monitor customer health through data insights, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders from onboarding through ongoing operational health and growth
  • Serve as the technical subject-matter expert in pre-sales cycles, leading technical discovery, solution demos, and scoping integrations
  • Use analytics and data insights to monitor customer health and predict potential issues, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical SaaS support
  • Experience acting as the technical subject-matter expert in pre-sales cycles, including scoping calls and solution demos
  • Proven ability to design and implement successful customer growth strategies and initiatives
  • Fluency in key SaaS performance metrics such as retention rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Bonus: experience in the automotive industry or dealer network
