Job Summary

Driving customer adoption and measurable outcomes, the full-time Customer Success Engineer will work remotely to support clients in maximizing the value of deployed GenAI applications by guiding onboarding, monitoring usage, and facilitating training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate onboarding by guiding customers through initial application adoption and resolving blockers
  • Monitor product usage and engage with customers to increase ongoing consumption and business impact
  • Track customer health metrics and coordinate mitigation plans for any identified risks
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Solution Engineer or Technical Customer Success Manager, in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI platforms and application lifecycle management
  • Experience in AI engineering, including GenAI application development and knowledge of LLMs
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment patterns
