Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Success Engineer will manage end-to-end technical implementation for mid-market and enterprise customers, focusing on HRIS integrations, SSO setup, and API configurations while collaborating closely with the Account Management team.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical implementation for customer integrations and automation logic
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to streamline implementation tasks
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding and resolve integration issues
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Technical CSM role at a SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, SSO protocols, and API-based integrations
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
- Excitement for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently
- Strong written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
