Job Summary

Responsible for managing the technical relationship with enterprise accounts, the remote Customer Success Engineer will ensure full platform adoption and account health by configuring monitoring systems, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and the product team.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the technical relationship for enterprise accounts, focusing on adoption and account health
  • Configure and deploy monitoring and automation policies within customer environments
  • Act as a technical translator, channeling customer feedback into product improvements
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a hands-on technical role at an MSP or as a corporate IT administrator
  • Practical experience with scripting, server administration, and network deployment
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and RMM platforms such as SolarWinds or Auvik
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical details for customers and internal teams
