Job Summary
Driving customer success in a full-time remote role, the Customer Success Engineer will lead onboarding, develop success plans, and articulate value for clients while managing relationships with technical stakeholders across various sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and ensure operational readiness
- Build and maintain customer success plans that drive engagement and adoption
- Proactively manage customer relationships through regular check-ins and business reviews
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical post-sales role such as customer success or technical account management
- Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
- Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, from executives to technical teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS business drivers for renewal and expansion
- Structured and proactive approach to managing customer success frameworks
