Job Summary

Driving customer success in a full-time remote role, the Customer Success Engineer will lead onboarding, develop success plans, and articulate value for clients while managing relationships with technical stakeholders across various sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and ensure operational readiness
  • Build and maintain customer success plans that drive engagement and adoption
  • Proactively manage customer relationships through regular check-ins and business reviews
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical post-sales role such as customer success or technical account management
  • Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
  • Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, from executives to technical teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business drivers for renewal and expansion
  • Structured and proactive approach to managing customer success frameworks
