Job Summary

Providing technical and sales support to clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Engineer will help users optimize their use of SerpApi products, troubleshoot issues using programming knowledge, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist clients in utilizing SerpApi products effectively and troubleshoot issues using Ruby, JavaScript, or Python
  • Investigate and document bugs, open tickets on GitHub for unresolved issues, and provide sales support by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups, while collaborating with other teams to enhance customer service quality
Required qualifications
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products is preferred
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby, JavaScript, or Python
  • Strong understanding of technical support processes and customer relationship management
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
