Job Summary
Owning enterprise customer accounts end-to-end, the full-time Customer Success Engineer will drive adoption, demonstrate product value, and ensure successful deployments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers in complex enterprise environments, facilitating seamless integrations and accelerating time to value
- Maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact, delivering tailored deployment and adoption plans aligned with customer goals
- Drive product adoption by optimizing KPIs and proactively monitoring customer value to manage renewals and reduce churn
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity at an early-stage startup
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies, protocols, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency with APIs and scripting tools like Python for supporting integrations and troubleshooting
- Ability to define and implement success metrics for customer engagement and retention
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer success with business objectives
