Job Summary

Owning adoption and workflow excellence for audit engagements, the full-time remote Customer Success Engineer, Audit will work directly within the Fieldguide platform to enhance audit efficiency and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage adoption and success for a portfolio of audit customers, ensuring usage and long-term retention
  • Drive platform adoption by configuring workflows and templates in collaboration with audit teams
  • Lead customer enablement and change management efforts to transition teams away from legacy processes
Required qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in public accounting or audit transformation roles
  • Deep understanding of the audit lifecycle, including planning and engagement management
  • Experience supporting complex audit environments and methodology rollouts
  • Comfortable working hands-on with software platforms, including workflow configuration
  • Confident in leading training and enablement initiatives with audit teams
