Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer in the FSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operate in an ever-changing work environment
  • Architect solutions to meet client goals and configure the Quantum Metric platform
  • Engineer custom JavaScript functions and configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Past experience in digital solutions development, implementation, or management
  • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
  • Clear understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development
  • Development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and digital analytics solutions
  • Proficiency in JavaScript development and browser developer tools
