Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer in the FSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operate in an ever-changing work environment
- Architect solutions to meet client goals and configure the Quantum Metric platform
- Engineer custom JavaScript functions and configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for clients
Required Qualifications:
- Past experience in digital solutions development, implementation, or management
- Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar client-facing roles
- Clear understanding of web technologies, analytics, and front-end development
- Development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and digital analytics solutions
- Proficiency in JavaScript development and browser developer tools
