Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer in the United States (remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver content, programs, and campaigns to drive product adoption
  • Analyze product usage data, identify risks, and suggest solutions
  • Engage with customers through webinars, training demos, and 1:1 interactions

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Product Marketing
  • Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies
  • Experience with customer success tools and technologies is a plus
  • Experience with building, analyzing, and interpreting customer data
