Job Summary

A computer networking company needs applicants for an opening for a Customer Success Engineering Head.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Customer Success Engineers responsible for customer training, on-boarding, support, and post-sales technical engagement
  • Recruit and on-board new team members both in the United States and globally to support company’s growth
  • Continuously look for ways to improve team’s process and approach to best support and drive success within customer base

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required post COVID-19
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, leading either network engineering or customer-facing engineering teams
  • Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and your own Linux servers
  • Ability to conduct technical conversations with customers ranging from staff-level engineers and architects to senior executives
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of network routing, switching, BGP, and NetFlow/IPFIX/sFlow technologies
  • Knowledgeable about AWS, Azure, and/or GCP cloud platforms
